Fleet Express USA - Equipment Cost Summary report

This report shows actual vs. expected costs for the selected period.  The last page of the report (not shown) lists the selection criteria the user provided to choose the data to be included in the report.

Also included in this sample is a comparison of the cost of owning the piece of equipment vs. the cost of a lease.  If you're a government agency, this lease cost would probably be the cost of operating the equipment using GSA lease cost instead of acquisition and depreciation cost.

Fleet Express USA - Equipment Utilization report

This report shows the fiscal year summary of utilization for every vehicle or piece of equipment, including the number of days it was used in each month.  This feature is supported by data from Fleet Express USA and your existing usage-recording system, or from the Asset Express USA add-on module.

Fleet Express USA - Equipment PM Schedule report

This report shows the predicted dates and mileage or hour "milestones" at which each scheduled service will be due.  Fleet Express USA examines your actual usage continuously to adapt these predictions to your changing realities.  Each piece of equipment has an annual usage pattern that is used to compute the schedules, taking recent usage changes into account.

Fuel-card records can be imported to automatically update your actual usage data, reducing the amount of data-entry needed to support accurate prediction of these milestones.
